Deatschwerks 90# injector data and install question

I'll be installing a new ESS Tuning Supercharger kit (V3Si) in a couple weeks, and Ive opted for their tuner kit, since my tuner prefers either ID, or Deatschwerks.

I have HPTuners Pro, and I have the injector data. I have no problem inserting the injector data provided by DW into my tune, but is it that simple?

Is that all I need to do in order to drive it 3 miles to my tuner?
Just drop the data into the appropriate tune fields, and it should idle and run decent??

I realize I could just leave the stock injectors in for the ride, but I'd rather not ask my tuner to swap my injectors. Especially if I am not buying the injectors from them. (can get a better price on the forums)

If you haven`t made a cam change or any others mods it will probably crank up and idle reasonably well and drive good enough to go three miles. I wouldn`t romp on it but to drive it 3 miles there's little chance of having a problem.

I have the SC in now, so wont be romping on it until its tuned. Im just gonna buy the injecotrs from the tuner to make life easy.

It comes down to the accuracy of the injector data, if in fact it is accurate you should be able to do just that and the car will run perfect.

That's where I'm worried. The Deatschwerks website has injector data, but it doesnt have ECM specific data like Injector Dynamics does.

The data needs to be modified to fit my ECM format.

Speaking from experience, yes you can drop in the data. The data supplied is accurate. When you open the data file just match your table to the data table copy and paste.

Thank you! I figured out how to change my table to PSI and the data fit right in. Got a great deal from RDP store on the injectors and i’ll be dropping them in tomorrow. Still have to wait for the dyno tune though!

For anyone reading this in the future, the Deatschwerks 90# injector data worked excellent. I just dropped it into the tune and the car runs and drives very well. Drove it about 10 miles to a tuner with zero issues.
