Yeah - seems excessive, but not because I lied... there are plenty of other reasons why this would be excessive.

ps they tested everyone in the car (they volunteered!) as a local university was doing a study and they all volunteered to be a part. It was hilarious as my father was "totaled" My father was a good man, world war II vet of Omaha Beach. Thanks Dad, Rest in Peace.



It didn't don on me that I didn't get tested with a breathalyzer until the next day. Not sure why LE didn't feel the need. The police man was writing all the test results down... so could this be part of a quota? Don't know...


For whatever reason, moving on from this. Thanks guys for the good thoughts and Merry Christmas to all of you.
