The OE clutch should last a long long time in road course use. I put 38K on mine before it was sold and Paul Tracy drove mine a couple of times

I've used the ZR1 twin disc in a couple of track car builds with good results. Lingenfelter (and I'm sure there are others) sells the complete installation kit.
