Love it drives like a dream in traffic. I did the Mantec clutch and the aluminum shaft at the same time
The posi mod bites a little bit but will keep it strait, pulls allot harder

only 400 miles and I will change the fluid and then I'm sure I will like it even more

I thank FSP everyday but my wife dose not! LOL

Flyer08, I think I saw you pulling in if that was you around 7something. I was there when they started the runs and I was hooking on the stock GY's. Got a new best of 11.786@118.62 on a 1.82 60'. I actually pulled a 1.79 60' on one of my other passes. I think the track just got too cold with the temps dropping and oil downs.

I got there around 8 something while they were cleaning the track. I know what it'll do when it hooks but I just couldn't get it. May have been my impatience as well from waging so long to go

Pretty good, apparently. It's other non-related things that are breaking--first the 4.10s, now my AC.

I don't want to get started on things breaking. I got hit from behind and fixed that... Had the car for two days and took it to FSP for my charger and had it back about 4 days and the belt broke and noticed the pulley tracking wrong. Had to wait for an ATI balancer to get shipped down during that cold front and no joke when I got the car back this week I had it for one night and the oil pump went out. It's getting fixed right now but the holiday season has been shitty for my car. Lol. But it hauls ass when it is on the road. I'm super happy with it.

Was that the stock oil pump on your car? That sucks. Getting tired of hearing about all these seemingly minor things from people having broken stuff within days of having work done only to keep having little things fixed or redone. Been some bad luck with people lately.

Yeah. Stock pump. Upgrade yours as soon as you tear the motor down for a cam. Apparently it's a common problem

It's a very common problem and should always be swapped when a new cam goes in. Hell, just for piece of mind purposes and the cost is cheap while it's cracked open in comparison of doing it later. Bummer man.

I'm getting some Joe Gibbs LS-30 oil put in right now. I'm going to get an oil on else is done also, just to be safe. I figure now is a good time.

Yeah stock pump. Save yourself the trouble and upgrade when you swap the cam or anything. It's apparently a common problem on LS engines

I didn't end up upgrading my oil pump either. I see no intrinsic value in increasing oil pressure or volume. The stock pump should effectively lubricate the system regardless of what cam is in there. Is it easier to replace if you're already doing a cam swap and you need reassurance to sleep at night...YES. Is it needed...NO. If something happens, well shame on me. (PS...please don't rub it in if my oil pump goes out now lol)
