With my black SS rims, The custom blue metallic that I painted them looks amazing . I constantly see people rolling next to me staring at my brakes. I also did the guard plate behind the rotors which catches alot of people's eyes and looks amazing

Red, yellow, or orange could all look good IMO. I like the white on mine!!

I use to have black rims and with yellow calipers which looked good.

I recently took the plastidip off my rims so now i have the stock silver rims with the yellow calipers but i dont have any pics right now my car is dirty as hell from daily driving around illinois. lol covered in salt and what not. ill try to get some pics when it looks a little cleaner.

Depends on what you like I guess. Silver or black would keep the stock look and not stand out. But I assume since you are powder coating them that you want them to stand out, in which case you could go with the standard red or a bright yellow or orange to grab attention.
