What are you trying to do? Are you just getting a tire replacement?

The 245/40 are almost an inch smaller in diameter.

YES it would affect your car......actually if you go fron 245/45 to 245/40 when your speedo reads 60 mph.....you actually running 58 mph which will affect your odometer as well. AND your MPG.

Actually....
275/40 is the stock sized rear tires, so I assume he is just talking about replacing the fronts. The rear tires are the only ones that affect the speedometer and odometer. Going with 245/40 front tires will affect your MPG a tiny bit. It will actually INCREASE you MPG because the smaller tire will obviously be lighter and a lighter rotational mass takes less power to turn.
Also some people will say that it will affect your stabilitrac or ABS, it won't. The BCM has to see a variance of 6% at speeds greater than 62 mph to set off any codes. With 245/40 20 fronts and 275/40 20 rears you will only be at a 3.4% difference.

I have a TON of experience over the years with different tire sizes. Hell, I've had EIGHT different size tires on Ginger!

The 245-40 is 1" shorter then the 245-45. Unless you are planning on lowering your car severly there is no advantage in the shorter fronts. Especially, since you havent mentioned your plans for the rear.
Plus, you will end up with alot more fender gap on the car then what you have now. Which is silly.
All things being equal, you are better off keeping the same front size as factory.

I have Havoc wheels (8x20 and 9x20) with KW V3 coilover.

I' d like to put:

245 40 20 on the front and 275 40 R20 (stock size) on the rear

Or

245 35 20 on the front and 275 35 R20 on the rear

Will I have affect my stabilitrac or abs?

Thank you!!!!!!

Yes, either of those sizes you will be about an 1" difference front to back and will have issues. See chart below for recommended sizes.

Recommended 20" tires for 2010 Camaro
245/45-20 = 28.7" tall, 8.0-8.5 wheel
255/45-20 = 29.0" tall, 8.0-8.5 wheel
265/40-20 = 28.4" tall, 8.5-9.0 wheel
275/40-20 = 28.7" tall, 9.0-9.5 wheel
285/40-20 = 28.9" tall, 9.0-10.0 wheel
295/35-20 = 28.1" tall, 9.5-10.5 wheel
305/35-20 = 28.4" tall, 10.0-10.5 wheel
315/35-20 = 28.7" tall, 10.5-11.0 wheel
