Anybody find out if you can run a 345 on the back on stock rims?

Doubt it. What width rim does the 345 in question spec as required?

I have 315/35/20 MICHELIN PILOT SUPER SPORTS on 20X11 stock rims with no clearance problem on my 2013 ZL1 Convertible. I am running 295/35/20 on the front. ..20X10 rims no clearance problem either.

Looking up a MPSS in 345/30/20 size on tirerack, it lists a rim width of 12-13".

I wouldn't go over over 325 with 11" wheels and would be fine with 12" for 345's. 345's will rub if put on stock wheels or 12" wheels. The inner wheel tub would need to be clearanced for use.
