Stock 19 with 275/45?

I'm about to head out to tire rack corporate in south bend and get perelli Rosso put on the back. My question before I drop the coin: Can anyone confirm for certain that 275/45 will fit on the stock wheel with no clearance issues?

While the tire size fits, the rosso tire has less contact patch than the stock tires. The space between the treads are huge. I think the stock tire might have more tread patch than these.

The 8" rim does pull the sides up a bit so the entire tread area is not making contact. even if it were, the mega space between the treads makes the difference.

Maybe get a 275/45 with a different manufacturer. As far as these go, the pirelli 275/45 Rosso make a poor replacement for the p-zero Nero.

My lesson learned.
