Smith brothers or btr TRUNNION KIT

What's going on guys I am upgrading my trunnion just wanna know which is better what's the pros and cons Between both of them thanks for the help

any bronze bushing kit will be an upgrade...I used these http://www.ebay.com/itm/Powell-Cams-...xYQkNl&vxp=mtr and so far they work awesome..plus save a few $$$$...good luck!

I went with the Straub bronze trunion upgrade kit and have no regrets!

The needle bearings are decent, but are a greater point of failure than a bronze bushing, no doubt. The issues seem to come from how the needle bearings are contained. When that containment fails, the rocker arm failure follows, not to mention needle bearings in your oil passages/pan.

Don't know that I've heard anyone on this or the Corvette forum complain about a set of bronze bushings.

Smith brothers here, they’re pretty much the same as the straub ones. I don’t feel comfortable with the needle bearing type trunions
