Magnaflow exhuast!

Just saw this video on MagnaFlow youtube channel.. At the end of the video it shows "25HP & 20 LB-FT Gain" They don't show a dyno sheet though. I find it a little hard to believe to get that much gain from just a catback.. What do you guys think?
