Marks on SS 1LE Rotors
Any of y’all seen these marks on your rotors? I looked around in old threads but couldn’t find a post showing something similar to what I’m seeing. The brakes are not noisy and they work fine, I’m just curious as to what’s making these marks. I do feel a slight vibration at highways speeds, even after getting my tires re-balanced so there might be some rotor warping going in too.

No, I haven’t tracked the car. I drive it 3 days per week, 12 mile commute to work and some weekend backroad spirited driving (once or twice a month). I bought the car as a certified preowned so I assume it’s all OEM parts.

Check the condition of the pads and the thickness. There is a wear tab on the side of the pad. They may need to be replaced. Then I would do the brake pad Brake Burnishing process found in the owners manual.
