Well we had a few bumps to get over when I went to P/U my spoiler. I told them do not wrap it up cause I want to see it before I pay for it,they had it all wraped up. Number 1 then number 2 they quoated me the price of $267.58.
After looking over the spoiler I told them I was very satisfied with the paint job. I made out a check for the price they quoated to me on the phone. I told them I was very surprised it was that low. When they handed me the bill it was for $376.16. I have a short temper I asked what is this price it's wrong and said what they quoated me on the phone. And i'm only paying what was told to me on the phone and no more and taking my spoiler. It took about a half hour to come to an agreement and I only paid what was quoated to me.

I told them I will still use them for my painting parts when needed.

Oh wow!! Man that sucks!! But I'm glad the agreed to settle for the price they quoted you on the phone. I would have been livid as well!! I really dislike it when people try to con ya out of more money, saying "that's what I quoted", then you find it to be different, nah ain't gonna happen!! Nice job standing by your "spoiler"!! lol. Also I can't believe they wrapped a FRESHLY painted piece!! That's a nono...Glad you have it back...

Definitely should not have been wrapped. Even baked on paint is still releasing bonding agents for weeks. Keep in mind those guys may quote you prices that are higher now. Definitely get multiple quotes moving forward.

I unrapped it soon as I got home to let the paint breath. It's going to be a while before it is mounted on the car. I took my trunk lid off and haveing the dimples taken care of and have it painted.

Never mind, as long as you're ok now.

I didn’t have COVID if that’s what your talking about. If not then I’m confused. That’s what the delay was according to streetfighter. Customer service is top notch though. I received updates throughout the wait.
