Is it your halo that's brighter thank the other or the actual light coming out of the projector?

If your talking about the light coming out of the projectors I'm starting to think maybe one of your high beam flaps is up in one and down in the other causing one to be brighter.

If its the high beam solenoid then you will have to take the headlight apart. You can try to rig them up to the battery for a second to see if it moves. You can see it if you have the lights on.

Lights look great. If you want your parking lights to ONLY come on when you activate the turn signal then try this.
