2010 CAMARO will be Sold in JAPAN
Everybody likes to smoke tires, now the Japanese can get some Chevy muscle.

Hey, as long as it doesn't slow down the process of getting our Camaros over here first. Otherwise, more power to them for selling overseas like that

This is the sort of thing that needs to be done to be successful. The market is global, build a car that can be sold to the whole market and sell it everywhere.

we've already talked to the Camaro team and it was confirmed that the first Camaro available for export to countries like Japan (right drive countries, more specifically) would be the 2011 model years... so while they might be selling some converted cars over there, it wont be a conflict to delivering cars here in the North American market

The US needs to be selling cars in Japan. We should pull some JDM tricks, too, by offering special upgrades only available in the American domestic market (ADM). That will develop some additional interest in the performance community.

Believe it or not, when I was stationed in Japan I was amazed at the amount of Mustang GT's they have. Seriously they are everywhere. It blew me away. American muscle has a following in japan.

As long as our friends 'down unduh' get their RHD cars first, that's cool.
