Catted Headers ?s

1. What are all of my options? I don't see as many catted ones.

2. How much HP are you losing with the high flow cats? Does it render them "pointless" or still quite a significant gain?

3. Where exactly to the bolt to on the exhaust pipe side? I am about to have my rear cat deleted, the H pipe replaced with a Magnaflow X pipe and the stock resonators deleted. I just need to know what flange to have the fab guy reuse so that I don't have to have something welded when I eventually get the headers down the road

4. How much does having a high flow cat affect emissions? I don't currently live in an emissions controlled area, but eventually I probably will. I'm talking about sniff tests not just OBDII...I am assuming the headers with cats don't throw a code.
