La Flama Blanca History

Ever since had my 2010 Summit White With Orange stripes and watching Kenny Powers we've called the car La Flama Blanca.

I'll post up a few pics I have from along the way but really posting this up so people can see the mods I have and ask questions. Some of the mods I've done myself and others I've had installed.

Car came with basic boltons when I bought it used. I added a TSP VVT2 cam, FTI stall and all suspension parts after about a year of owning it. Year and half after that (Dec 2024) I installed LPE heads, DSS Driveshaft, ZL1 pump and LSA injectors in prep for nitrous. I moved to Texas and never got around to installing nitrous due to DDing my car and the track being shut down. I made it to the track twice before my exhaust hit the driveshaft and the car was down for the next 8 months as I gathered everything to do another cam swap (SS4) and had DSS retube the driveshaft. Also added ID850s, DSX E85 Kit, Circle D 1e, UDP, and rod mod intake.

Currently working on a few small things but mod list off the top of my head below

Wife decided she finally wanted the Synergy Green when we found one for sale. Also, few random pics of the car as well as the factory signed ZL1 poster I won at the Sunshine State Camaro Rally

Been busy with work (deployed for a year and moved from Texas to Virginia) but did a few mods since thread first started. Ran at the Fayetteville track two weekends ago in hot weather and ran 11.6 @ 119. Fuel pressure was dropping and converter wasn’t workin with new setup. Working out these two issues then retune.

I’ve also moved across the States and have a circle track 2 miles away. Will begin to do time attacks and 1vs1 races.

Added
super Vic intake
Nitrous Outlet puck (200 shot)
Weld rears

To do
Installing custom built circle d converter

This weekend I will start pulling the trans out to send my TC to Circle D. Also installing a new single Fore fuel pump once it arrives.

Finally got the 12 ton jackstands to get the car high enough yesterday (will also use to rotate wheels on my lifted truck) so should begin today. Also bought the prothane transmission mount and torque solutions engine mounts. Will have a few projects all going on and hope to get everything accomplished by 24 aug for test n tune but I think that is a bit optimistic.

Pics to come...
