They are made to order. Mine took about 3 weeks maybe a little longer.

even if they are custom made, it doesn't take a month to make.at most a day.

What did they say when you contacted them and asked?

they said 3 to 4 weeks, and I wouldn't be charged until it is shipped. I am OK with all of that. I just don't understand why it takes a month. I would understand if they were flying off the shelves and they couldn't keep up with demand, but they are not. so why?

The clips are PITA to release...even after watching the video a bunch of times.

Did mine on jack stands. Wasn't bad at all. I did have a transmission jack from Harbor Freight that made dropping it down a few inches much easier during that step. Seems involved, but one of the easier upgrades I've installed. The video does show every step and helps too.

EDIT: ALSO, go find you a good weighted ball. THAT will make a huge difference too.

I did mine on the ground. Front end was on ramps. Floor jack beneath transmission to lower it a hair. I had to get a steel pipe to shift the transmission over to drivers side while my girlfriend connected the clip on passenger side. My hands were too big. Major PITA but much better than stick shift. Though it’s not as quiet with road noise. Spent about 3.5-4hrs total getting it done. Of course I wasn’t rushing? But it’s definitely work getting it installed. Best upgrade though other than my BMR rear trailing arms.

I built these ramps just for this job. 9" lift should be plenty

Good luck! As everyone says the clips are the toughest part. I am 250 LBS so anything on the ground is tough!
