I know his car is at GPI, they are having an issue with their dyno right now and they will have it back up and going early next week.

GPI, is so great to work with. Jeff was on the schedule for a final tune on the dyno today and drove from southern Missouri to their shop in Jacksonville, AR (probably at least a 2hr drive.) While he was there they realized they were having an issue with their dyno, and would not be able to get it resolved for a few days. So, they gave him a loaner car and kept his Camaro until they get the dyno fixed and can do the final tune on his car.

This is the level of customer service you can expect when dealing with this Great bunch of guys at GPI !!!

His final #'s will be coming soon, just going to be delayed a few days.

Jeff, I hope you don't mind me sharing this info. I just happened to be talking to Aaron today and he told me about the dyno issue, and how they took care of you with the loaner car I just had to share.

I can not say enough about how great it is to deal with the guys at GPI, from sharing their knowledge to help you make the right purchase to their customer service after the sale.

Yea the Dyno hard drive crashed and the back up was not cooperating. They are gonna go through the entire Dyno while its down. They should be back up and running midweek. Aaron knew I was 3hrs out so they gave me a loaner car to drive back. These guys go above and beyond to take care of customers. Hell,Arron let my wife use his personal vehicle while we were trying to figure out what was going on with the Dyno. These are the kind of guys you need to be spending money with. I will tell you this the power never dropped of all the way to 7500 when they shut the run down. With the low end and the midrange this car has and doesn’t fall off pulling to 7500 that is crazy. These guys have no desire to find something that works and keep doing it over and over that is why they push so hard to find something better. You guys waiting on results stay tuned they are coming!!!

You will see my car when you are there Friday, we decided to go with a bigger cam now. So I will have to wait until the 8th or 9th to get her picked up.
Arch-CIty, are you the original max perf package 1LE Car? If so, what injectors did you go with to go to e85? I have a 1LE attempting to do the same thing but may go E prior to the max package and want to make sure I get the right injectors from the get.

I am considering going e85 with some used 85 lb injectors, but after reading a few threads today, the e85 on the fifth gens don't help near as much as they do on the sixth gens so I may not do it now.

If you are staying n/a you really need to bump the compression for good results with e85. Arch picked up 22hp peak but I would say without his compression the gains would be a lot lower

Does the GPI Max Performance Package pick up the compression? I want to do that this winter if funds allow.

Yes. you can run more compression and more cam. My setup is 11.5 and I think arch’s first set up was 11.6 or 11.7 I think.

Cool. I will hold off until then. Problem for me versus you guys is I am a 1LE and currently pulling the M6 out and putting in a 4L80E so it is gonna rob a lot of hp. Looking for ways to make it up.

It is awesome to hear GPI is taking care of you like that. I wish I knew more about GPI before I ordered all my parts. At least I didnt order a FAST intake and am now going with a GPI rod modded and ported one soon. If I knew about this GPI package before i ordered most of my parts I would have went with it. I cant wait to see how much improvement you have.
