I'm a dumb dumb

So this morning I found myself going in the wrong direction to work. I was going to pull into a business that has access to the road I was on and the road I needed to be on. The angle was very high on the entrance which limited my sight. I ultimately didn't see the curb island and popped my drivers side tires

I got the tires replaced within a few hours and found that my car displayed the message "service stabilitrak" The ABS light is not on but the Traction Off light is on (TC with a line through it), the Traction Control stabilitrak off light is on (car with drifting tires with the word OFF under it) and we as the Traction Control Stabilitrak (car with drifting lines)

The wheel is not properly aligned so can this be the issue?

Any guidance is appreciated

Thanks

NJB

Could be, it also might just be a sensor?

If it doesn't reset on it's own after a key cycle or two I would guess it's the alignment and/or a sensor that may have gotten knocked loose or damaged. They should be able to see when you get it aligned.

It's unlikely that you escaped without other damage besides the blown tires.

You should go to the dealer or top notch tire store and disclose what happened, so that they can do a through inspection

Besides re-alignmet, you may need to replace bent suspension and steering parts, and also the extreme excursion of your wheels may have unplugged and/or damaged the wheel speed sensor harness.
