Catch can
Lights for driving lights and fogs to match headlights and controller to put in what I want Interior lighting Maybe new head unit with Nav and bezel but don't want to spend that!! Ceramic brake pads for street driving I think there is a good chance I will get all but the stereo done by spring. Maybe next year is heads/cam to get a little more power of it. Oh yea, get strut tower brace painted to match stripe and hood insert and have car name painted on it. Have engine cover painted Last edited by Happy_Dan; 11-02-2012 at 05:45 PM. |

Even if you drive your V-6 "hard", you'd really be lucky if you were to catch a few tablespoons of oil in the can, over the course of tens of thousands of miles and that isn't going to hurt anything. If it was, GM would have taken steps to make sure it was remedied Save your money and buy something useful instead... or at least real pretty

I don't know much about the V6's hose routing for crank case ventilation, but if they have the crank case hose that ties into the intake hose then they would benefit from a catch can, in that, the vapors from the heated oil in the crank case that GM sends back into our intake manifolds creating oil slicks and depositing carbon on our valves and cylinder heads effectively downgrading your engines power. I would still say that any engine with that arrangement would benefit. Mine works great and yes its a V8. Just my 2 cents. By the way, the V6 won't need the dual nozel can unless you stuff a blower on it.
