Gauge Cluster LCD Help!

Hey folks, it's been a while.

The LCD display between the gauges on my 2010 Camaro V6 is bleeding out. The M in MPH isn't visible anymore and the numbers are starting to fade.

Can these be replaced from the original cluster or do I just have to replace the entire cluster? Can I upgrade to a SS cluster? Does the new cluster have to be reprogrammed to the miles or are the miles store in the ECM? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.
