Erick, your pump is failing. A SS pump will go into the 500s na! Mine did what yours did one day. I went ahead and did a zl1 pump on mine.

Guys,
The new fuel pump is installed.
It has been done as discribed in the manual.
It makes very much noise. This can not be normal

I missed this when you posted, but I have seen you say it a couple times since then. I have accepted it as truth! I haven't crapped out completely yet, but a new pump has moved way up the priority list. I need more fuel anyways for the spray.

Welcome to Aeromotive external pumps. They are known to be loud. You can mount them on rubber pads to lessen the noise but they're still loud. How loud is it when you're driving? You shouldn't hear it near as bad then.

yup, those pumps are known to be loud.
