Are they worth the money do they give you a increase in power?

Increase in power, yes. Worth the money, your call. Only 5 or so hp.

Its also a PITA to install, you need a special tool, ended up having to get it done at the dealers.

Special claw pulley tool is easy to use. Took me about 20 minutes to do on my vehicle. Tool costs $20.
