High school car
I want to know what everybody use to drive to high school. My car was a 1984 Honda DX Hatchback silver with a ugly plaid interior. It orignally came from my grandma she only got into about 3 or 4 parking lot accidents with it. My dad had it after that he used it for his daily driver. Then my older brother got it. It ran pretty good except a few times he lost some shocks might of been from the heavy subs in the trunk. Well it was my turn. I remember going to lunch with it we always had to walk back from McDonalds. The damn thing would flood all the time.:( Took it on the highway once got up to 50mph blew the exhaust up:( I was driving home from school one day the speedo went nuts next thing I knew my axle dropped:( I could never drive in front of the school. My bumper was tied up with rope it was a true rust bucket. Everytime it would rain or snow it would smelll soooo horrible like stale milk because the floorboard was rotten. Today I ask myself why I'm a GM Girl I acutally sold the thing right after I graduated high school back in 2001 to a junk yard. They offered me $30 but didn't have any change so I got $50 for it I guess the car was the almost the same age as me since I was born in 1982.

Highschool car was my 69 camaro. 307 w/ 3spd first then swapped in a 355 w/ 4spd. When that wasn't running or was being worked on I drive my brothers 67 mustang coupe.

My first car was a 1987 honda accord DX with a crummy engine and 5 speed manual. NOTHING WORKED IN IT! Except for the radio so it was alright :P I eventually left it at work (I worked at an autoshop/yard) and bought a 1992 corsica from the auction.

Mine was/is a 69Chevelle SS convertible. My brother and I was driven to grade school in that car. When I turned 16 we pulled it out from behind the shed and rebuilt the engine.
I still have the car and it is getting a frame off restoration.

I had a '79 Buick Regal; dark brown paint with beige interior. My friends called it the brown turd.

In 1980 i bought a 69 buick skylark from a girlfriends uncle. He said the price was whatever i had on me, so it cost $23 dollars and some change. It was a POS but drove the hell out of it for two years before my brother put it into a telephone pole...it was worth every penny.
