That really sucks and had horrible timing... I've never been caught in something like that but it definitely does not look like a good experience.

Hopefully your car will have a full recovery with minimal issues with getting everything fixed.

Buy back will determine this. I really don't want it totaled, it was one of the 1st 3,000 cars made.

Already have a motor or two in mind, looking at Recaro seats, wheels already spinning

Now you're talkin

seats, heck you only need one seat. Gut the rest of the interior, add roll cage.

Thanks. I can't wait, as I haven't been out on any track since that last Mid-Ohio event. I know what I'd like to see, but whether I'll be able to knock the rust off myself and get accustomed to the new rubber in under a day to get there is a whole different question.

Sneak preview attached, and there's a couple more over in the Forgestar wheel thread. Strut clearances are feeler-gauge magnitude.

I'm Already getting pumped up!!!
If your from the North east side of ohio I plan on stopping at McDonald's at the intersection of 224/71 for a breakfast on the way down. I met up with Green Machine and Zack there last time and we cruised down together. (about a hour drive) If anyone one else from Penn. Akron, or Cleveland want to we can meet up and cruse down again. Darren Stursa with the Black lotus has also mentioned meeting there to cruse down together.

It might be interesting to watch or record the NASCAR Nationwide series qualifying (9:30 - 11:00 AM, ESPN2) and racing (2:45 - 6:00 PM, ESPN) this coming Saturday the 16th.

They're running at Mid-Ohio.

Just signed up for the Sept 1st track day.

The Nationwide series was a little boring, but it was still cool to see the stock cars on a road course that they had never ran before.

I used to go to every ALMS race they had there. I hope the Tudor series makes it back there.

Cool, I can't wait to see your car again. Last time I saw it in person is when I helped with the suspension mods.

I wish I could be driving.

I will probably still come down and watch, take videos and pictures.
