My Momma always told me "Where there's a will, there's a way" .... you'll figure it out when the time comes.

I have three grandkids/grandbabies... a 12 year old, a 4 year old & a 2 month old... they will ALL fit in the Camaro just fine... now Grandpa, on the other hand, I guess will have to follow in his truck.

Car seat needs to go in the BACK SEAT....never the front seat unless you can disable the airbag. I have not seen anything on my 2SS/RS that allows me to disable it.

Without going out and looking at mine, I thought GM put the LATCH system in in the back seats.

My kid is in a booster and it works fine in the BACK SEAT.....

I am assuming the car seat will fit with the front passenger seat leaned forward a bit if it's just me and the baby, but can anyone confirm this car can fit a front passenger and a car seat.

I'm pretty sure that I can fit a child seat once they go to the kind where they sit in a booster seat but that's like 2 years away. For now I have the big bulky car seat type thing and I am wondering if it will fit.

Also, I searched and since the thread searches for posts with the word car and seat in the same post it returned a BUNCH of stuff I couldn't use.

Thanks in advance.

I've seen a Britax Marathon in one before. If that behemoth of a carseat can fit, any of them can.

I actually have two car seats in my 2010 Camaro and my boys are 3 and 5 yrs old. I do have to pull my seat forward a little but they love the car and it makes it easier for me to drive it if the kids come along.

Looks happy to me!

But ya, I don't recommend the front seat either

That's my seat! Besides... he cant reach the pedals

On a more serious note... When Number 3 took us for a ride in Thor we had 4 men in the car, well 4 1/2 if you count me, I'm about 6'6".

I'm not saying it was comfortable.... but you could probably fit the seat facing backward long as the front passenger isn't too tall. I traded my vette in for one so I could put kids in the back someday

The airbag IS disabled (there's like 200 hundred pages devoted to baby/kid seats in the manual!) unless a certain weight of ***EDIT*** (manual doesn't say a weight)80 lbs. is reached in the front seat. When you are driving by yourself, look up at the overhead light switch and you'll see NO.2 is off.

Did you say triplets?

That pic is priceless. I love to see kids being raised properly.

Rear facing fit fine I took mine to dealer to find out same thing and it fit great! Was actually surprised how much room there still was in front passenger side. I have a 5 month old and shes still in the rearfacing and we plan on takin our 2 newborn girls for plenty of rides of course if my car gets here b4 she goes to college just ordered a couple weeks ago

I have a 7 month old baby girl and she fits in with a rear facing seat in the passenger rear. My wife can still ride in the front but the seat does have to be up a bit. Hope this helps.

gonna say the same we ran into a situation where my 6 week old had to ride with me and the wife. He fit just fine in a rear facing car seat and my wife fit fine in the front but she is only 5'4" and the pass seat was all the way forward.

I was having the same worries...My daughter will be almost 2 when my car gets here and going from the huge back of a 300 to a Camaro. I was wondering if there were any car seats out there that were smaller in depth and maybe designed for sports cars. Any information would be great.

what a sight

I had my brother and nieces over last weekend and wanted to do a test.

So i grabbed the babyseat and kids and put them in the back.

the chair was huge!! in a couple years i am sure I will have one in the back and hopefully they make some smaller ones lol. not like i have ever been babychair shopping but heres a pic. it makes me laugh every time, No more babyseasts in the car for a while haha

ALSO this was in my driveway i did not drive anywhere as that is not how you buckle a childsseat. lol
