I guess it's all in how you define "favorite mod". I have a few mods and intend to do a few more, but my "favorite" type of mods are those that will help keep my ride functioning properly. It may be nice to look at but leather stuff, decals, shift knobs, paint, etc., do nothing to extend or protect the mechanical function of the car. Hence, it is my "favorite mod" because it's an easy and inexpensive one that achieves my objectives.

The above will help protect your engine and improve your air flow. Now you can get into some serious mods.
Amen, brother! You nailed it!

The question was, "what's your favorite mod"? Yeah, I did the CC first but, it doesn'tOdo anything to affect your daily driving feedback. Headers and tune totally change (improve) the three critical tactile driveability factors of power, throttle response and sound. I'll stick with my choice, thank you very much.

Best mod was replacing the LS3 with a S/C LSX.

Hey man, no need to get your panties in a wad. I said "depends on your mod objectives". Your objectives are "power, throttle response and sound", which is fine. My objective(s) are to keep my ride performing at it's best for as long as possible. The CC helps ensure that, perhaps more than any other mod. That's why it's my favorite.

Some day, down the road, I'll go with headers and a cam, etc. Some day...

And he did say "sound" so that's why I mentioned the USB flash drive.

Ain't Camaros fun!

Love the USB Flash Drive. Probably the most enjoyment for the buck... no more bulky CD cases.
