Cool! I might pick up one of those Sonics if I can't get in on the ZL1 allotment.

I also read somewhere that a more powerful version of it will be coming out, perhaps an "SS" version. The tech guy at the local dealer had test driven the turbo 6M and he said it drives like a mini Corvette. :-)

Actually, I think it looks pretty good for what it is. I have seen some v6 Camaros around where I live, with the plain rims that don't look any better than this thing.

I like the red pin striping on the wheels, I was actually considering doing that on my zl1.

That's because the Corvette guys actually did a lot of the suspension work on the Sonic.

Not usually a fan of a hatchback, but that looks pretty cool!

(and yes, I realize that TECHNICALLY both my 3rd & 4th Gen Camaros were hatchback--I just have never really liked that rounded back end)

There was a Sonic at the NY auto show back in April of this year in sporty trim.
Sorry I only have a pic of the wheel and not the whole car.
The wheel looks like a take off of the SSX wheel.

[IMG][URL=http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/840/sonicss.jpg/]

The tire is a Conti Premium Contact 2 summer tire in the 205/55R16 size.

The funny thing is, this is only a 4 lug wheel and hub. The actual production car has a 5 lug wheel and hub.
