My idea with long tubes, cats, and O2's

Seems like the long tubes will trip a code. I bought the kooks header and cat set up. (thanks maryland speed). I was planning to weld a "bung" before the cat to add the other O2 sensor. Your thoughts

if you bought the complete kooks setup, there are 4 bungs in the system. 2 for the pre cats, 2 for the post cats. There should be no reason to add other bungs into the system. Unless you are planning on running cats and a wideband o2 sensor.

only reason to add another bung would be for wide band tuning.

I think I know what you want to do and no it won't work. Reason being, the second sensor needs to be after the cat, cause it's making sure the cat is doing it's job by seeing if the reading is lower than the first sensor. If you were to put both sensors before the cat, they would both get the same reading and trip a code. I think that's what you were wondering.

This is what I was going to say.

:Off topic:
HAHA! I just saw that your name is Eric Baker. I went to high school with a guy by that name. I've been trying to get in touch with him ever since (2002). I can't imagine you're the same Eric Baker though...
