My Forged 418 Stroker Build (Have a few questions)

So I decided to make a list of the stuff I'm going to need in order to "bullet proof" my ride. Ill give you a little info on my goals and a few of my questions and if anyone thinks its overkill or something else is needed please let me know.

Info about my car how it sits now:

Currently running about 7.5lbs with a E-force.
Dynatech Long tubes
MSD Boost pump
Roto-fab CAI
JRE fuel system upgrade
RX catch can
Jannetty Tuned

Makes 546 HP and 523 ft/lbs at the wheels

Goals:

1. Must be streetable, The car will be my DD for the most part during the summer.

2. I want atleast 700 RWHP

3. Want it to be able to run on 93 pump gas

Questions:

1. Does the block need to be bored or is it just a diff stroke to make a 418 using the ls3 block.

2. I'm using my block (18k miles, 6k miles being supercharged) Is there anything I need to do or you would suggest before using it as the platform for my current build. Like strength tests etc?

3. I plan on using the stock heads but having them cleaned up a bit, Is this recommended or just a waste of money?

4. Anything else I need? Diff oil pump?

Heres the list, Input is much appreciated I have a budget of 12k and rounded the numbers up to make it easy. I will be doing ALL of the work myself. This is for parts alone.

Lol, I would try and do some of the work myself, but I don't have the space in the garage. I like what you've got setup. But how come you didn't go with the 416 over the 418?

mostly because I will be getting all my stuff, if not everything from ted jannetty. He has a nice set up for the 418. And 2 more cubes = me picking on 416's for being 2 cubes smaller lmao! J/k.

Its ted's posi mod. it just makes it so you dont have 1 wheel burnouts when you have high hp from what i understand.

Damn those ID850s are expensive. Did you have any other options when considering injectors or fuel system?

I think you should use a 2.75 pulley with your set up it should put you at 9lb of boost with the E-force and put you right at your goal.
