If you dislike where the seat belt rides you can get free belt extensions
If the seat belt rides in the wrong spot, like on your neck. There is relief. My wife has an issue with her belts and got her set last week. She got them from the local dealer even though we did NOT buy the car from them.
Was not sure anyone shared this with the group but I wanted to remind everyone that they can get a set of seat belt extensions free from any GM dealer. It does not have to be the dealer you bought the car from. You only need to be the original purchaser and have the VIN code handy on a registration. |

Got free belt extensions when I bought the car. Knew the belt position was a no-go.

Yup, I got one for mine. Now I can drive without a collared shirt and without adjusting the seatbelt every 5 minutes.

they come in 9" and 15" long...
for me, the 9" one still made the seatbelt touch my neck...the 15" keeps it away...could have used about 12", but they don't have that length... my wife says the 9" one keeps the belt off her neck in the passenger seat... I wanted to try them in my Silverado...don't fit...different latch...had dealer order me 2 for the Silverado |

I run 2 catch cans...

I ordered (4) 9" ones today. He asked how many I wanted, so I said how many can I get? He said as many as you want; all are free. I have had all 4 seats filled; with an adult in the back several times now. I figure that these might help whoever gets stuck back there too.
