Chrome or Aluminum Window trim

Surprised I can't find any threads on this.

Chevy put chrome around the tail light bezels. Why not an option for chrome or aluminum trim around the side windows like the 60's had? I think it would look sharp. I'd love to see someone photo-chop a picture with it on a 5th Gen...

LOL - you never heard anyone use the term photo-chop? It's a play on words. As in "Chopping up" the photo.

Please... for the love of the Camaro gods..... dont do it. It will look cheap, like you bought the parts from AutoZone. There was another guy on here that bought every chrome trim part he could find and slapped it on his black '10 Camaro..... and lets just say we havent seen him since....

I wouldn't want to do it aftermarket. I'd like to see a factory option done right and not overdone. Plenty of modern cars these days have the option. I think it would be a nice alternative to the black.

to be honest i don't know why they even put chrome on the tail light bezels... Chrome to me isn't as attractive as it used to be... with companies rushing to use it in every corner and trim piece they can, it shows how unoriginal and tacky the design of the car is...
