When to upgrade pulley on TVS2300?

Background: I currently drive a stock L99. The only upgrade so far is a GMPP axle back exhaust that I got for free. The only fuel available to me is 91 Octane.
I am getting ready to purchase a TVS2300, a cold air intake (either Roto-Fab or ADM), and a tune. Let’s call this Stage 1.
For Stage 2, I want to add LT headers, hi flow cats, and a Fuel pump booster.
When can/should I do the pulley upgrade?
Option #1: Do not upgrade pulley.
Option #2: Upgrade to 3.7” at stage 1, 3.6” at stage 2.
Option #3: Upgrade to 3.6” at stage 1.

What is important to me? Reliability, MPG’s, Acceleration in that order.
Opinions please.

I would recommend upgrading on stage 2..it won't be of much benefit at this point. Remember..long tube headers cause you to lose 2 lbs of boost on average. To correct this..go to the smaller pulley after your lts are installed and get the tune then as well. Save your money and buy it when you need it.

Agreed with above. Since reliability is your #1 concern, you might even be happy with the car without headers, stock pulley. I think a lot of people read on the internet about some guys chasing dyno figures, but may not have driven a supercharged Camaro yet. Even the stock Maggie kit on a stock vehicle feels like a completely different car.

Stock kit until you do longtubes, then go 3.6 and a boost-a-pump for the fuel system.

I have LT headers and my car is in the shop for a maggie this weekend. The shop will put in a 3.6" pulley and boost-a-pump too. Then on Tuesday they tune it.
