I ran the car yesterday and now the HUD animation is working fine. I don't know what was wrong with Saturday.

Strange. My HUD sometimes does not show the song on the radio like it normally does. Totally random.

Same with mine! Sometimes my HUD will show the radio station when I change it and sometimes it doesn't.

What the heck is up with that?

I see it sometimes during the day, but what annoys me even more is the sodium vapor street lights with that weird orange glow reflect off of the HUD in the night when passing under them. To be honest I don't use the HUD. I never really used it when I had a rented a Camaro for a week. I have tried it several times but don't need it necessarily to drive. Great feature but not for me.

the reflection i think is caused by water or moisture on the screen. i took my car to a wash today and they cleaned everything and once i got in the car the HUD had the green/blue blocks on it. Over time it does go away though.

not sure how moisture can get on the screen seeing it's located in the dash.

I believe they appear base on the angle of the sun on the glass.
