Commercials? What r they watn 4!
Well we know the 5gen is doing great on sales, why have we not seen any real bad az commercials on are new ride yet?
(Except for Transformers) What are they waiting for! That would boost the interest on more people who might have some interest in the car...Just seen the 09 Mustang commercial, and hate to say it but it lookes good running around in the dark on open throttle... The only thing that i see on tv these days is about Cadys.....  DAMN JUST SAW ANOTHER ONE RIGHT NOW THAT I AM TYPING!!!!!

This car sells itself doubtful they will allocate much money for camaro specific commercials. The rest of the fleet would benefit more.

They can't advertise what they don't have in stock, can they?
Wait until the hype dies down a bit. You'll see a lot more Camaro when there's 4-5 on every lot.

Its in commercials just none for itself and i think its due to GMs new direction of fuel economy and changing and what not. But like siad once there more available there may be some commercials just for it

Like jp says there's little point in advertising a car that still has people waiting for deliveries. Even when that's not the case Camaro commercials will most likely be among the less common for Chevy.

After the bailout, and the bankruptcy I think GM is downplaying cars like Camaro in favor of the fuel efficiant cars like the new Equinox, Cobalt and Malibu so you probably will NOT see a dedicated commercial.
You may see one for the V6 with a practicallity spin on it. |

Agreed, the V8 will get to its intended audience without commercials. The V6 however could be a great marketing tool given 29MPG in a 300HP car.

They aren't advertising because they don't need to, yet. And when they do, they won't be commercials of an SS doing smokey burnouts to impress enthusiasts. They will feature the V6, and probably emphasize its fuel economy and value. Why? Because that will move more metal.
