Where are the diecast models?

I'm wondering why there are no replica die casts out right now?
The ones I see for sale are the "dub city", crap ones.

I'd like to get one that's accurate, kinda like the one for my Vette. I try to get diecasts of every vehicle I buy.

Anyone know what's going on?

This is the closest one I could find

And here's the closest Black one I could find,

I've wondered the same thing. I can't stand that dub crap. Nobody even makes a really good model kit. The AMT 1/24 Concept isn't bad, but the diecast folks (ERTL)need to get in gear.

I found a Ertl "Hot Wheels" kit that's in molded orange plastic. I'm going to dry to zap it with a pearl to see if it will look like IOM. But yeah, somebody needs to make something besides the concept.

I want a 2010 version, and I can only find concept versions. What gives I also want a Black ZR1, but I won't get that will I... I can only find blue ones and red ones.

Just an FYI...I contacted both the Daytona Speedway and Indy for pace car replicas and both said they are waiting for licensing approval from GM.

I thought it would be cool to have those inmy collection.

Oh yeah! I was seriously pissed when I went to the Indy 500 this year and wasn't able to leave with a pace car edition camaro Diecast.

Hey, new here, been lurking for a while. I found a hotwheels 2010 Camaro the other day (and nope, not the concpt) and a company called greenlight that makes fantastic 1/64 models is working on a casting for a 2010 Camaro right now.

I found a Hotwheels one in the shop here, it is not a concept, I have about 4 concepts, this is actually a 2010 Camaro SS, it even has the fog light buldges.

Anyway,is was silver in color and I wanted ABM, so I painted it, I'll post pics tonight (At work now)

It came out quite well, from what I can tell, the poaint I used is almost an exact match for ABM.
