Blake, I see you have the 3.91 gears! How you like them? And how much of a difference can you tell from the stockers? Also did it kill your gas mileage or around the same?????

These are Nittos on Forgestars
Fronts 555 265/50ZR18 weigh 54lbs ~800 miles (nearly new)
Rears 555R 305/45R18 weigh 54lbs 5 miles - no burns yet. (brand new)
Pressure sensors are installed. Includes the lock lugs. I'll go $2250 local pickup.

It is nice to get some use out of all those mods I have paid for over the past year. The car is awesome on the track, the only improvement needed is track brake pads. Trying to run pads that are good for the street just aren't enough for the track when you get better and start carrying more speed. A couple of weeks ago I used my track day at AMP, and Reese took me for about 5 laps in my car. It is amazing what the car is capable of, with a pro driving. Can't wait for my Forgeline wheels, and Michelin Pilot Super Sports for a little less weight and a lot more grip. I hate that it is going to be a while before I have time to do another track event.

Road Atlanta is just unbelievable to drive on. Even the parade lap that we are going to get with the Camaro Corral will be a blast. If you have never been to Road Atlanta, the Grand Am event will be more fun than you can imagine. Anyone who is available to go April 19 & 20, needs to sign up. You will be sorry you missed it...guaranteed!
Can you remind me where to sign up? April is now showing up on my radar.

Two threads down from this one is our sign up, or just let me know and I will add you to the list. Also make sure you let me know if you are interested in the cruise/dinner Friday night.

Call Road Atlanta for the tickets when ready, and let them know you are with the Camaro Corral.

I love them, but they definitely are going to call for a drag radial on your car if you expect to go anywhere over half throttle lol. My car blows through 1st and 2nd on any temp under 55. My mileage went up in the city.. mostly because I can accelerate in 2nd everythime. Highway it is about the same or slightly less.. Im turning around 2000rpm around 70mph.

I wasnt even paying attention that you had the fronts. I may just go with the grand sports myself on the back for a drag setup cause im not going to ask you to split it up(waste of your time)... mostly cause i just spent 2k on the f14s i got coming in. Ive thought about running the GS wheels with 265/40/18 mt et streets for my set up which will run me around a grand or less. Glws though!

well its done! 2.5 hours my rear! one picture has the blood from blood ,sweat , and tears, well no sweat, only tears of joy! was one hell of an adventure, never attempted someting like this, but hey it can be done! have to plug in my sct tuner to get info for ted at jannety racing to get my tune... get that damn AFM tuned out! so those that are going to do i highly suggest doing it as a group! i had a friend come over and hild the passenger side up while i put the bolts in, remove the spark plugs! that was my only issue, two were lost in the process, sliced a knuckle bleed all over the passenger side headers, so i put my blood on it to chrisen it! lol the passenger side lined up perfect but the drivers side did not, but i called my muffler guy told him what was going on he said bring it up, so he lifted it, then took his rubber mallet, banged alitte, and it buttoned up, but... when he put the exhaust in a few weeks ago a pipe was to short like just a tiny tiny gap, so he just put some weld on it and fixed it up. so over all ill give this diy a 8.5 on easy, if u can turn a wrench then this is a good one to get your hands dirty to! but again do it with help!

FedEx Ground freaking sux! Ordered some seat covers for the front seats, and they misdelivered them! Rode the neighborhood trying to figure out where they were left with no luck at all!

Go back to SLP red trim or stick with the all black?
I say all black. A red pinstripe might look weird because the spokes of the rim run flush to the edge of the rim, therefore you would have to paint the pinstripe over those areas and then back down onto the edge of the rim. Hard to explain when I'm not in person. Just my opinion though.
