A guy that parks next to me in the deck at my office has a 2014 SRT8 Charger. He put down 427hp/431tq a couple weeks ago on the dyno with just a cold air intake and cat-back, no tune. You'll have to get into the internals or just be a better driver to beat one in a straight line. Being rated 470/470 from the factory to your 400hp is a big hurdle to overcome. On a road course that's a different story.

Unless you're at the drag strip, it will only end badly (crash, tickets, high insurance)

now if you go to the strip, I'd just save for a supercharger and be done with it

A Tune should do it, I ran my buddies 392 Charger Superbee last year with my stock 1LE and from a slow roll (20mph) he only got 2-3 cars on me by 140mph.
