I have a 2010 SS with M6 and my buddy has a 2012 370Z with M6. We have raced several times over the years both when we were stock and after mods. He has never beaten me...except for the times when I stalled out. But whether it was from a roll or dig he never could beat me. The Nismo is a bit faster tho. But I wouldn't worry about it. At best he should be just about neck and neck with you.
