My 95GT runs 5.8s. The 15gt is just something I bought my wife to play with.

That's fast. After all the slow one I have seen those the other night where rolling. I have been beat in the vet by a bolt on ws6 that was 1.5 60s. Could not get around him

What year Camaro do you have? Big block or small block. My 95 is a 363 dart block on 2 stages of nitrous.

Driver, tires, gears, suspension mods...The fundamentals first.

So with your stall in the Mustang...when your at the line are you foot braking to a certain rpm or are you just flashing the converter> The little time i had with my car i would foot bake it to around 1600 pm...it seemed to want to pull after that...im 3200 with the 391s. Its a tight set up. Just wondering what you do.

I found that if I foot brake the car up to 2800rpm it would just spin on launch. So I stage. Bring the RPMs up just enough to make the rear of the car squat. (load the suspension) Then on the first yellow I start adding gas peddle. I flash the converter up and leave on the 3rd. yellow. My sixty range from 1.60-1.64. My final drive is 3.55 so I'd expect similar times for you. Once you figure the stall out. You'll be cleaning peoples clocks in the 1/8!

No problem. Good luck. By the way. What's the full mod list on your car now?

#7 and # 8 comments..an L99 beating a C6Z06 if you preload....no frigging way, put the C6 in traction control launch mode and it will utterly destroy n L99.

I had an '11 L99, and replaced it with a '15 Z/28, which has a LS7 and TR6060...the same engine and tranny as the L99...with a .391 rear end. The difference is the C6Z06 at 3160 lbs and the Z/28 at 3800 lbs...again the C6 is clearly faster...

The Z/28 or the Z06 will utterly destroy the L99; if you like come to Oklahoma bring your titles and I'll take your cars...

If you were closer I would only bet a case of beer against my bolton...geared ....stalled and tuned l99 against your Z06. ...since I race anybody I don't care. ....but don't be bringing that shit American beer to my case of Canadian lol. I don't care about outcomes I just like running cars that I know are faster to see how I do.
