You're best bet is to get a set of 18" C6 Z06 rims but make sure they are OEM and not aftermarket. They must have a +40 offset or they will rub on the inner fender. If you are using them just for the track I strongly recommend you get the Mickey Thompsons and not the Nittos.
Does plus 40mm mean anything bigger than 40mm or just 40mm.

No, you either have positive (+40mm) or negative (-40mm) offsets. You will need the positive on the new Camaro. If they just show it as (40mm), then you can assume it is positive. Many people have purchased the 18x9.5 (+40mm) replica wheels linked below without issues. But I think you need to call this guy and specifically ask for these dimensions and make sure to tell him you're putting them on a new Camaro SS. He used to sell an 18x10.5 (+53mm) that fit too, but last I heard he was out of them and didn't plan on ordering any more. Maybe you can talk him into it?!?!?! I know there are several guys on this forum that want those wheels. There may be other styles too that may fit, I don't know for sure, but I bet if call and talk to this guy and tell him the application he can hook you up.

Wheel replicas said no, nice guy though. I called bogart and they want 700 per wheel LOL that's RETARDED also he seemed a little rude when I told him I couldn't do that! Know where I can get any or should I just go with the 555r I'm putting down 410 to the wheels they should hook up right?

Wheel replicas said no to what? They didn't have any? Hmmm, well, there are plenty of other replica wheel places out there, just google "corvette replica wheels" or try eBay. You could probably find some OEM wheels on eBay. Or if you wish, the 20" NT555R's should work fine for you. I've heard they need to be heated up pretty good though (do a good burnout).

I've got some of the z06 wheels with a slightly larger offset. I'm going to try to fit them over the next few days and let you know.

I don't mind a nice burnout!

Wheel Replica sells a 53 offset that fits the Camaro perfectly.. that's probably why they said they didn't have 40.

We have them on a bunch of cars here and sold many of them...

Hey Mike, I have been "preaching up" the 18x10.5's (53mm) that you mentioned (and that you previously sold in the past). Supposedly, another member, I think it was "bigsquirrel" contacted them, and they said they didn't have any more of them, and had no intention of ordering any more either!!! And idea where they might be available somewhere else? Do you have any more sets to sell. I'm not looking for myself. But I do know there are several guys on here that would buy them up if they were available somewhere.

What size are you talking about? For how many tires? If that price is only for (2) tires mounted and balanced, that is incredibly expensive!!!

Discount Tire Direct has 275/40R20 (NT555R) for $332 each with free shipping. Mounting and balancing shouldn't cost more than $20-$30 bucks for 2 wheels.

Not to start a street fight, but the 315 35R. 20S work very well and have been recommended and sold by Janet ty Racing for some now. There's a huge thread on C5 on the subject with pics. I've been using them very effectively along with many others. Go ahead and pay outlandish sh prices for wheels but the 20 inch NT05s work well.??

+2 I could not find anybody that could beat Discount Tire and deliver quickly

The 555rs work okay on the 20s. I run the 275s as Blazzin mentioned. Keep in mind that the biggest problem with keeping the 20s is the weight of these wheels and sidewall.

Dang... I knew bigsquirrel was looking... We do have another place, but I'll have to find out who it was and get back...
