I just put the BMR tunnel brace on my car to ad to the complete set of BMR suspension components on the vehicle already. I had to go with the 2-point because of my vor-tech supercharger. I see on you tag that you are thinking about going with a Magna charger. You do know of course that nobody makes a tunnel brace for those blowers.(without remodeling the hood) As far as I know. In fact we had to correct BMR on the website because they had there disclaimer for non-supercharged apps only. Let me know if any thing is new out there in the last couple of weeks. I am unvailing my car to camaro 5 after we get back from the track this friday. I'm hoping to get her in the mid 10's without the 55 shot of nos. Nice ride and welcome to the club!

The Maggie has been in for a week now. The tunnel brace is under the car and I did have to modify it becuase it's made by spohn and my subframe connectors are from BMR. BMR didnt have anything on their site claiming that thier plate wouldn't work with the spohn or factory brace, it their way of getting another $90 out of you for their brace. I cut my spohn tunnel brace to fit the BMR SF connectors and all is fine now. I had a BMR strut bar under the hopod that no longer works because of the Maggie so I will have to find another solution or cut it up and modify the design. I auto-x my car hard so I want it to be as stiff as possible.

Good luck at the track, I was at the track a couple months ago and this guy couldn't launch his ZR1 powered camaro to save his life. Too much power without slicks or drag radials. I hope you have some good axles.

Thanks to all for the congrats on winning the car of the week, I feel very honored to achieve it after all the long hours and hard earned dollars that I have put into my build. I love me Camaro and will keep it forever. My car is nowhere near as nice as some of the others have been COTW since it's driven very hard on the track and isn't a car show queen. I would like to thank Nick, Rod and Paul who helped me out with my supercharger build, Larry B. at work who always offers great advice and turned me on to auto-x events.

Great numbers, but why is the torque curve spiking near the peak?

Good question, I was in a hurry to get to work so I didnt ask any questions at the end. It looks like he jumped on it and then left off, speed registered only 80. I guess I can email him and ask him about it, he's the expert. My peak boost is much higher than I expected. I'm happy with the way it's driving so far, can't wait for a dry day on the track and my cog drive to arrive. I will post video of some of the revving on the dyno later. Thanks for the company today.

A little on the long side, the good stuff is near the middle to end. Crossing my fingers the entire time hoping is doesn't suffer the same fate as that GT500 on youtube.

Enjoy and leave your comments below!
