TAKE OFF ZL1 PARTS ON 1LE

I have been patiently waiting for good used ZL1 parts to start appearing from trusted camaro parts vendors. I have seen a number of fantastic deals, some I can't wait to add to my car. One that I didnt know bout is the ZL1 belly pan. What benefit (if any) could become of adding the belly pan to the 1LE?

No clue, but out of curiosity what other zl1 parts are you looking at?

I have the belly pan. Used with the hood extractor it adds some downforce.

I'm actually really curious. What are you thinking you'll pull from the zl1. I never really thought about it much besides for cosmetics like hood and rockers.

Well I'm starting my research, but my thoughts of sourcing a 9.9" rear end from a ZL1, and sticking in a 3.91 gear set, ZL1 prop shaft, and ZL1 front brakes, possibly rear. This is all dependent on prices. I've thought about the cosmetic stuff but eh, I'd rather make more HP and a stronger car. I've seen a couple ZL1 go through insurance auctions, pretty good hits but nice parts cars. When I had my 4th gen I used Hawks third gen parts. They had a ton of parts cars and made complete swap kits from them. I've done a couple drive train swaps and upgrades using used parts. Looking to upgrade the 1le in the same way. It make take some time and a lot of looking but it will be worth it. FYI I already have a lead on a set of recaros from a wrecked 14'.

I have a new ZL1 belly pan and hardware to attach to a ZL1 that I purchased to add to my ZL1 convertible (before I knew the bracing prevented adding it) if you are interested.
