Check Turn Signal LEFT ... & RIGHT ?!

I'm getting a dash warning for both Rear Turn Signals :-(

Front Indicators & Bulbs are OK,

Side Indicators [UK IVA*req. MOD] LEDs are OK,

Rear Indicators LEDs, or temporary Glass Clear Bulbs ones are not lighting up.
I swapped out/over the LED bulks, same issue.
I have bench tested the LEDs and Bulbs and they work OK.

Here's some photo's, is that Purple wire that appears to be cut an issue?!
After Note: no the purple is an IVA* MOD in the UK and was there all along from 2009/2010 when it was imported and all was working fine with that cut before for the past 5 years.
I did wire the purple up ... no change or improvement.
