I put over $3000 into my Cobalt. I bought a Magnaflow catback exhaust, a cold-air intake from AEM, Alpine Type E 12-inch subs, a no-name sub box, and Rockford Fosgate speakers all around, later replacing the rear 4-way speakers with Infinity 3-way speakers. The front speakers were 3-way. The amp for the subs was a Kenwood with 600W. I also installed a very high-end Premier (Pioneer) head unit and a Pioneer iPod adapter.

I plan on spending at least $10000 on the Camaro within a couple of years.

$200 to put HID in my Tc. I was thinking about putting a super charger in it but it didn't make sense to me after seeing that the amount of money I need to put in it would be close to the z28 price.

Remember, the TC is FWD. You cant have too much power to the front wheels.

i haven't spent any money on my car. i have only donated time, it has been washed an estimated 300 times in 5 years, and waxed probabbly 20 times, good wax, takes hours to apply... thats a 98 monte carlo green (older rounded body style, not the newer cool looking style) . imagine how much time will be donated to the camaro i plan to get...

That doesn't make any sense.

The amount of money I had put into my first real modding project (97 Accord) was....rediculous and I become a very sad pands when I think about it. So I'll just not go through the torture of itemizing it and just say I put over $8k into that car. And had nothign to show for it because of horribly bad luck...it had to disappear because I made some poor choices in my early 20's life and had to pay that penalty for it.

Anywaaaaaaay, my next car was my '94 Supra and most people will simply consider the cost of the car as a modding upgrade ($25k for a 1994 with 55k miles in 2003), but I did put another $3-4k into it.

Since then I haven't done much of anything to any car.

Which is another reason why I stopped putting money into it. It would been complete different if I got an Impreza instead.

Nothing in my stang...gonna be selling it soon for my Camaro so I wanted it to be stock. Put an aftermarket stereo in my Jeep before that.

Plus I'm really afraid that once I start modding I'll never stop.
