I can assist with an install or give you the source of install videos. Pretty straight forward job, takes a few hours.

Do "unlocked" and "programmed" mean the same? I have a 2011 with stock sterio. If I bought the adapter harness and plugged it in the nav and everything would work?

technically they are similar but not exclusive. The system I have for sale has been programmed and is unlocked and will work in the first car it plugs into. The system I purchased for my vehicle had my VIN "programmed" so It could not be taken out of the car. All you need for my system to work with your 2011 stock is the harness. My programmer can do them for $300. If you have any further questions please PM me. Thanks
