go to school man...
i just graduated in June with my B.S. in Engineering...

it took a long time, but waiting to get the camaro until after i finished helped motivate me to get my work done and not get distracted...

school is the way to go man...

while i absolutely despise school....it shouldnt be a hard choice to choose between something that can potentially help you in the long run and something that will wear out in a decade or two.

yeah i was in the same situation, i just graduated in May with my BA and I could have the car by the end of this year, but after weighing my options (and reading the overwhelming support for school over the Camaro (who knew?)) I think i'm going for grad school instead. Sad day, but I figure if the camaro crazy guys and gals on Camaro5.com say to wait, than I gotta be making the right choice.

look....camaro is cool...but your priorities should be school first....you have the rest of your life to get a car and it can be gone with one crash..your degrees, they cant take those away.... the rewards are that much sweeter...

no question but I hope you're making note of the overwhelming responses... school first, Camaro second. Get your education, get a good job, get completely out of debt, then go get the Camaro of your dreams.

Be careful though it could be the last time GM makes a cool car, thats affordable. School will always be there.

I would disagree with part of this. Technology yes, engineering not necessarily. My father is lucky enough to have kept his job and I can only hope my brother will get one, but I am from a college town and it's pretty tough for engineering grads to get good job offers these days. I suggest anything in health care. There will always be sick/old/uninsured people needing health care.

based on my brief look through of your post I say go to school. You have a 2 year old car, you don't need a new one. You do need an education more than you do a new car. At least that's what I would say to myself, I cant make such bold statements about what YOU need.

22 is not too old for college.

I am 21...I got my Associate's at a brick and motor school, but am finishing my Bachelor's in 100% online classes, which allows me to work full time.

Once the folks let me move back in, I had some extra cash, so I got myself the Camaro. I am also going into the service once I finish my degree, so my circumstances were a little bit different, but yeah...

Or plan C. Go to work where they pay for your school 100% & get the camaro. That's what I did

However, if I savved up for a year, I would have enough to buy a new camaro 2ss in cash, which brings me to my qurstion.

Should I buy a camaro first, and start school a year from now, at age 22, or sshould I just go to school and wait like 6 years, maybe more for my income to jump? Either way I'd go to school but idk if 22 is too old for college.

Thanks in advanced guys! Your educated responses will have a big impact on my future!
Are you serious? You already know the answer. The camaro is a car. It will be available in the future. You belong in school. You will never be sorry having made the right decision.
