He, as well as hundreds of other people on this site, have plenty of reasons to complain. I, myself, have not ordered from AAC and plan not to do so just by the horror stories alone that I've heard since joining this site.

I have been unhappy with them a few times.

Gave them another chance recently and was disappointed again.

I'll end on a good note: Their customer service is pretty good.
