Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend. I'm on standby with work this weekend so have had to stay pretty local. crused down to Mountainaire yesterday, and to the Crest, Madrid & Santa Fe today. stopped to help a biker down on the way down from the Crest: He will be okay, probably a broken wrist, bike kinda messed up but repairable. First thing I noticed when approaching was the COMPLETELY bald rear tire. There was a Nice Black SS that passed going up to the Crest. didn't recognize the car or people, unfortunately they didn't stop to be recruited for our group but we will hunt them down sooner or later

Anyway, the reason for my post,

do we have a head count for the 12th @ the fire house. need to know about how much pulled pork to get. (advice appreciated

) I know we have 6 firefighters @ the station, How many C5 members & family ??

I won't be able to come out for the cruise to the track :(, but I should be able to make it around 10:30...will know more later in the week.

Just pulled in from Phoenix.....I sure do miss it out there....but we only saw 3 Camaro's the whole time we were out there! Two were in parking lots! So its great to be home...saw at least 10 on the drive into ABQ!

So Ivan....who made you so smart????

I think it is a great idea having two camaros in the garage.

PLUS, I have been known to love convertibles.

You keep working that angle.

I SOOOOOO wish I could join you for the track days, but we'll be out of town. At least this isn't the last one, and maybe Andre's car will be finished for the next one so we all can finally see/watch/hear/enjoy that beast in person.

I can't wait until Saturday guys! I went and got my oil changed and a bottle of non-street-legal octane booster for this weekend so it should be even more fun than last time when my oil was pretty old and no octane booster

And yes...The octane booster does make a difference try it...lol bwahahaha

I would just put straight up race fuel if I could but I don't know of any places in town that sell it so this does the job good enough
