M228s on the car... question about lugs...

Lugs that came with wheels fit but because of the thick hub on the front they are completely recessed into the wheel... looking very odd. safety wise they are fine and engage fully... but i want them to extend out like the rears...

Fronts

Rears

Any part number for the proper fronts? or suggestion

I got my wheels from N4S and they are working to find 2" spline lugs for the front. Pretty sure 2" is the only option out there.
But I'm in the same boat as you. I need to look up exactly what thread/pitch etc. we have and most likely look elsewhere like eBay.

Those look like 2" which is what some members are using to have the front lugs come out more from the hole.
